How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link (where available). You can also log into your account and view your order status at any time. If you haven’t received a tracking email after a few days, please contact us at support@elixirstore.co.uk.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on eligible non-personalised items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Personalised items can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty or defective—in that case we’ll replace them free of charge once we’ve reviewed photos of the issue. Shipping Information

How long does shipping take?

Fragrances are shipped via Royal Mail 48 and usually arrive within 2–3 working days of ordering. Custom pieces and leather goods take 2–4 working days to make, then up to 5 additional working days to arrive (approx. 5–10 working days in total).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location.
